What are you #StreamwoodGrateful for?
To participate in our new Streamwood Grateful campaign, visit Guest Services at Park Place Family Recreation Center in partnership with RUSH Physical Therapy, 550 S. Park Blvd., and ask for a Streamwood Grateful note card. Then write what you are grateful for in Streamwood and return it to Guest Services so that it can be added to our beautiful display of your notes of gratitude.
