SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65+ that’s included with many Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans, allowing eligible members to participate in Streamwood Park District classes and use our facilities at no out-of-pocket cost. How Do I Get SilverSneakers?

Do I Need a SilverSneakers Card?

What’s Included in a Gym Membership with SilverSneakers at Streamwood Park District?
You’ll get an all-inclusive membership, which generally means you can use:
- Cardio equipment, such as treadmills and ellipticals
- Strength equipment, such as weights and strength machines
- Amenities, such as pools and walking tracks
- Attend group fitness classes
It does not include extras like private locker rooms, massages, or personal training. If you choose to arrange and pay for those on your own, you certainly can.
