Aquafit S.M.I.L.E
with Mary
Aqua S.M.I.L.E consists of slower moves with low impact that everyone will love! This class will focus on exercises for flexibility and range of motion when moving,
Power Splash
with Mary
This class uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against the body and water weights to provide a wide variety of conditioning activities. This is a moderate to high-intensity class designed to work the whole body.
Aquafit
with Mary
AquaFit is a challenging water workout, fit for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries. The class begins with a gentle warm-up and from there, you’ll ease into the exercises using your own body weight and water resistance dumbbells. This 60-minute cardio and resistance training class will have you splashing your way to improved strength and overall refreshment.
