Body Build

BURN exercises like squats, presses, push-ups, and rows effectively target large muscle groups, which provides a great effect on fat burning. BUILD muscle to burn more calories. Increasing your muscle mass also increases your metabolism which, in turn, will help you lose weight.

Spin-Sculpt-Stretch

with Cari

Cardio, resistance, and flexibility all in one 60-minute class for a full-body workout and a great start to your weekend. A 20-minute ride, followed by 20 minutes of resistance training and ending with a 20-minute mind-body focus with yoga-inspired movements.

Jazzercise

with Marla

Jazzercise is a 60-minute, high-energy dance fitness class blending cardio, strength training, Pilates, and yoga to music. It focuses on full-body sculpting, utilizing movements like hip twists and jabs to improve stamina and tone muscles. Classes are designed for all levels, incorporating dance-based moves, resistance training, and stretching.

Bootcamp

Work at your own pace and ability as your instructor takes you through a series of both strength training and cardio full body movements that will help you improve your strength, power, and movement. Class variety designed to push and challenge the body.

Cardio Kickboxing

A total body workout that involves utilizing multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train participants in speed, agility, and quickness. In the movement prep segment, participants will be introduced to the proper technique in executing the four main punches (jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts).

Aquafit S.M.I.L.E

SilverSneakers Circuit

SilverSneakers Circuit is an intermediate, standing-focused class designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. It blends low-impact cardio with light resistance training (weights, tubing, or balls) and includes a chair for support, for an energetic, safe, and adaptable workout.

Zumba®

Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms with easy-to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Zumba® utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a combination of two Sanskrit words, “Ha” (meaning Sun) and “tha” (meaning moon). Hatha symbolically and physically provides connection and balance between the body and mind. In our Hatha class, you’ll experience gentle stretches, twists and side back bends and much more!

Strictly Strength

The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, fit and increase core strength and bone health. Using light to moderate weights with the “rep effect” this class gives you a total body workout leaving you feeling challenged and energized. You’ll be coached through moves and techniques with motivation and great music.

Power Splash

This class uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against the body and water weights to provide a wide variety of conditioning activities. This is a moderate to high-intensity class designed to work the whole body.

Spin

The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Get your sweat on to time or music-based aerobic endurance, conditioning, and anaerobic interval training motivated by expert instruction. Classes focus on drills that build power and endurance on the bike and brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold to increase your cycling power.

Stretch Infusion *

Floor-based mat class designed for everyone. Non-impact, safe, and effective. You will improve flexibility, joint mobility, balance, and posture.

Booty Boot Camp

Booty Bootcamp is a high-energy, lower-body focused class designed to sculpt, lift, and strengthen the glutes, hips, and thighs. Using resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises like squats and lunges, this workout delivers intense, targeted toning to build strength and shape.

Aquafit

with Mary

AquaFit is a challenging water workout, fit for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries. The class begins with a gentle warm-up and from there, you’ll ease into the exercises using your own body weight and water resistance dumbbells. This 60-minute cardio and resistance training class will have you splashing your way to improved strength and overall refreshment.

Interval Training

This high-intensity interval training class combines calisthenics, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercies in cardio intervals. Exercises are done in time bursts with short recovery periods, with a goal of reaching an anaerobic state, increasing metabolism for 24-72 hours after the workout.
