On Friday, Nov. 24, the Streamwood Park District invites you to work off those extra helpings of Thanksgiving turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce at our Free Black Friday Group Fitness Classes:
– Spin (with Cathy) 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
– AquaFit (with Mary) 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
– Zumba (with Lily) 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Classes take place at Park Place Family Recreation Center in partnership with RUSH Physical Therapy, 550 S. Park Blvd. Contact Guest Services for more information at (630) 483-3010.
