To celebrate all the dads out there, our Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer Coach Lilly invites all fathers to the fitness center at Park Place Family Recreation Center, 550 S. Park Blvd., for a free Father’s Day workout at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 14.
In addition to leading the dads through some invigorating fitness activities, Coach Lilly will be offering great prizes including free Fitness Center passes and personal fitness consultations to all participants.
